Ryan has dedicated his career to supporting children and adults with diverse behavioral needs. He has 18 years of experience as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventionist and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). His undergraduate degree in health administration was from West Virginia Institute of Technology and he is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Management.
Ryan has served as a group home supervisor for three years, overseeing the care and development of residents with varying behaviors. He is also a facilitator for emotional intelligence programs tailored for incarcerated individuals in both the Department of Corrections and county jails. His work focuses on helping individuals develop crucial emotional skills to support their reintegration into society.
In addition to his professional roles, Ryan is a certified instructor for fatherhood parenting classes, employing a faith-based approach to guide and support fathers in their parenting journey. He is also the CEO of Agape Behavioral Consulting and leads the organization in providing high-quality behavioral health services.
